Hypercar

Hypercar is the top class of the FIA World Endurance Championship, introduced in 2021 to replace the LMP1 category. The class features two car concepts: bespoke Le Mans Hypercars (LMH) built from scratch by manufacturers, and LMDh prototypes that share chassis with IMSA. Competing marques include Toyota, Ferrari, Peugeot, Porsche, Cadillac, and BMW. Balance of Performance regulations keeps the field closely matched, maximising on-track competition at events like the Le Mans 24 Hours and Daytona 24 Hours.
