Paddock

The paddock is the enclosed area at a racing circuit where teams set up their transporters, hospitality units, and garage support equipment adjacent to the pit lane. Access to the paddock is restricted to team personnel, officials, sponsors, and media with appropriate credentials. In Formula 1, the paddock is a highly controlled environment and a hub of commercial activity throughout a Grand Prix weekend.
